Orders & pricing. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Trade tier pricing applies once your account is approved. We confirm decorated-order pricing on your quote before production.

Proofs & approval. Decorated orders go into production only after you approve the digital proof. Approved artwork is taken as final for placement, colour and sizing.

Artwork & IP. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you supply, and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from it.

Returns.Governed by our returns & warranty policy. Made-to-order decorated items are non-returnable unless faulty.
